All Season Solar Collector (ASSC)
All Season Solar Collector is developed to convert, in all seasons, as much possible sun energy to the heat energy. You can see above (dual absorption system), how All Season Solar Collector collects also DIFUSE sun energy and convert it to heat energy.
HIGH EFFICIENCY
Becouse of very high stagnation temperature (over 400 Degree Celsius), the collector efficiency at 90 Degree Celsius is still around 70%. From this reason our collector work with just 7% lower efficiency if outside temperature is around -20 Degree Celsius. The collector will heat in winter season 300 liters water to 70 Degree Celsius, if the direct sun will be only 6 hours. The base reason for so high efficiency is in small high temperature ABSORBER.It is also important that sun tracking system care that PARABOLIC MIRROR follow direct sun all the time.
ADVANTAGES
Big advantage for this collector in also overheating protection. You can set the max temperature in digital temperature regulator in electric box. If the heat transfere liquid in collector will rich temperature which is set on temperature regulator, the parabolic mirror will just change the ELEVATION angle for 10 degree. The results is that all concentrated solar energy miss high temperature absorbe. In this case concentrated energy was send back to the sky.
SINGLE AXIS TRACKER
We already sell one axis tracking system W/O size limitation. The system is installed on the land in rows. Parabolic mirrors are 2.2 m wide. The distance between rows are 6 meters. The rows can be long 8 - 100 meters or more. In this case a few MW installed power is no problem. This moment we offer max. temperature 250 Degree Celsius, after 12 months we offer 400 Degree Celsius.
The system is siutable for cooling process, industrial steam generation and Organic Rankine Cycle running for electricity production.
